Isola di Favignana Gin

Le Gin Isola di Favignana est une véritable célébration de la nature sauvage et préservée de l'île sicilienne de Favignana. Conçu par la naturopathe Dr. Rizza, ce gin allie l'élégance d'un classique London Dry (genévrier italien, coriandre, angélique) à la richesse aromatique des plantes locales : camomille romaine, immortelle, myrte, menthe douce, romarin, verveine et absinthe.

The Gin Isola di Favignana is a true celebration of the wild and preserved nature of the Sicilian island of Favignana. Designed by the naturopath Dr. Rizza, this gin combines the elegance of a classic London Dry (Italian juniper, coriander, angelica) with the aromatic richness of local plants: Roman chamomile, everlasting, myrtle, sweet mint, rosemary, verbena, and absinthe. 

The fresh notes of lemon and mint perfectly balance the bitterness of juniper and the floral sweetness of chamomile, offering an aromatic palette that is both vibrant, creamy, and harmonious.

These plants are cultivated in soils infused with slightly saline water from a traditional well and carry within them the soul of the island. To preserve the largest marine protected area in Europe, the distillation takes place on Italian territory. ​
